Medical Call Center Rep. – Responsible to greet, screen, route patient calls and schedule appointments. Communicates with Providers, Nurses, MA’s and other staff regarding patient requests such as medication refill, lab requests, radiology requests and other clerical duties. Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task. Provides support to the Medical Records and Call Center as needed. Medical experience preferred. HS Diploma or GED required.
